to us .We will keep you fully informed of all aspects

Assignment Reports:
Throughout the duration of an assignment clients receive
formal written reports on progress. These will include
details on candidates whom we have identified, interview
results and our assessment and appraisal of candidates
under review.
Candidate Assessment:
On completion of a short-list candidates who are best
qualified for, and most interested in your position,
we will provide an individual report on each candidate.
This will be comprise of a career and an objective assessment
of suitability for the post.
Reference checking and sensitive
rejection of non-selected candidates:
It is vital that references are obtained before candidate
is finally hired. As professional consultants, we know
how to probe more deeply with the candidate’s
referees to further verify their strengths and weaknesses.
Non-selected candidates can be seriously disappointed
at not getting the job they were presented for. We take
great care of informing and, if necessary, counseling
those candidates on behalf of our client.
